With more than three decades of experience across New York City's public school system, Nicole has served in diverse roles—from classroom teacher to school principal—gaining a comprehensive understanding of what students, educators, and leaders need to thrive.
As founder of The Horizon's Edge, LLC, Nicole provides professional practice coaching, workplace culture development programs, and climate and culture transformation support for school communities. Her work is grounded in real school environments, offering coaching, professional learning, and student-centered programs that strengthen professional practice, collaboration, and positive culture.
